I have a name, but I find it isn't near as interesting as who I am. I think it would be fun to have a blog where people get to know me heart-to-heart, but don't actually know who I am. I'm The Public Diary. I live in southern Canada, thus why I'm writing a blog. There isn't anything to do other than this. I guess I shouldn't say that because I have literally been asked if in Canada do we have maple-collecting jobs, and live in igloos. Canada definitely isn't as bad as the stereotypes, just like I'm sure America isn't either. I live in the type of town where every girl has a Bench jacket, LuLuLemon hoodies, and a nose stuck up to the sky. This isn't me. Basically, I'm a teen trying to push through the struggles of fitting in and being heard, like so many girls.
Still, my interests include shopping, hanging out with old friends, and meeting new ones. I like writing, photography, and singing. Romance is everything to me.
But then what can you even write about?
I'm no fashioniesta, though I try to be, I always try to do my hair the best I can, and my make-up as well. I don't have the money to buy designer bags, or MAC make-up every week but I do however, make-do with what I have, and personally that's good enough for me. I enjoy watching trends and sharing everyday girl beauty tips. You may have already noticed that I'm a girl. That means that I will be keeping track of stories that put ''girl power'' on the line. From time to time, I may discuss music, stress of an every day teenage girls life, current events, love, lust, all the good, and bad thing that girls like me deal with on a regualr basis.
Awesome. Why should I care?
Seriously, I don't know what to tell you. This is one of my first attempts at making a blog, and hopefully I'll become better with time. I'm sure I won't have any followers for a long time, if I ever will because everyone is different and are into different things. However, I think a lot of girls can feel lost and unrelatable some times like I do at times, and just for that reason they may be interested in what I have to say. I'm excited to see what my followers will say, and think about my life, as I'm curious to see theirs. I've always wanted to see a place where the writer actually understands the audience, which is what I'd like to achieve here.

I know what you mean, people have these massive expectations about Canada. I've actually been asked if we had polar bears as pets, I was taken aback by how dumb they must be. :P
ReplyDeleteI live in central Canada-- the second largest city per capita of old people.
woot woot.
Nice blog, by the way :)
I agree. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Some people can be really sense-less. However, I'm sure people think the same about me sometimes. I live in Southern Manitoba so it didn't help the fact I was telling people it was still snowing until last month. Thanks for the comment. I'll have to check your blog(s) out. Peace and love.
